RETAIL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The final quoted amount includes masking, labour charges, materials, and post-work cleaning. GST @18% is not included and will be added separately.

2. Please ensure that the PROJECT ID (mentioned in your estimate) is mentioned while making online payments. Share the payment reference details in the assigned WhatsApp group without fail. Payments must strictly follow the specified payment modes. Any payments made outside the listed methods will not be considered valid.

3. A dedicated official WhatsApp group will be created for updates, progress tracking, coordination, approvals, and final quality checks. Customer participation and timely responses are essential for smooth execution.

4. Before proceeding, please read the Warranty Terms & Conditions.

5. Ungal Painter is not liable for defects caused by existing or future seepage, water damage, or dampness.

6. Scaffolding charges, if required, will be billed separately at actual cost.

7. For fresh painting, if wall surfaces have unevenness, we can correct up to 1 mm for 1 coat of putty only.

8. Colour Consultation: A fee of ₹1500 applies for in-person colour assistance; this amount will be adjusted against the final bill upon job confirmation.

9. Dark or deeper shades may require more than two coats, and pricing per sq.ft. will vary accordingly.

10. Customers may choose up to 3, 4, or 5 colours for 2BHK, 3BHK, and Duplex homes respectively at no extra charge. Additional colours will incur extra costs.

11. Cancellation Policy:

    • If the job is cancelled before work begins, a cancellation fee will apply based on the project value.

    • Once work has started, cancellation is not permitted.

    • If a partially completed project is stopped midway, charges at 1.5× of the completed work value will apply.

12. Customers must identify any high-tension lines or hazardous areas and inform the site supervisor for worker safety.

13. All valuable items will be masked during painting. Pipes, casings, cables, or trays running close to walls will be painted in the same colour as the wall. Some minor paint spill onto such surfaces may occur if they are very close.

14. For areas where cables, pipelines, tray systems, plants, or structures are attached to or very near the wall, painting will be done on a best-effort basis, especially for areas clearly visible. Customers should help clear heavy or fixed items to allow proper access for painters.

15. While we ensure thorough background checks for our painters, customers are advised to secure their valuable belongings. Minor incidental damage can occur in physical labour-based work—please inform the supervisor beforehand if any area needs special handling.

16. Customers must provide water, power supply, and a storage space for materials.

17. All labourers are insured, and safety gear is provided. The customer bears no responsibility for any unforeseen accidents on-site.
