CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellation After Work Commencement
    Once the assigned project has commenced, cancellation shall not be permitted. In the event the client expressly requires the work to be discontinued after partial execution, the company shall levy a charge equivalent to 1.5 times the value of the work completed up to that stage, which the client agrees to settle without dispute.

  2. Pre-Commencement Cancellation Policy
    Should the client choose to cancel the service after booking but prior to the commencement of work, such cancellation must be communicated no later than two (2) working days before the scheduled start date. Upon valid cancellation, the company shall refund the amount paid, subject to a deduction of ₹2,000 towards administrative, operational, and preparatory costs already incurred.

  3. Refund Processing Timeline
    Any eligible refund shall be remitted to the client’s bank account or UPI ID within a minimum of seven (7) working days, contingent upon the client providing accurate and valid payment details. The company shall not be held liable for delays arising due to incorrect or incomplete information furnished by the client.
